Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. She began her career on soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she played a variety of supporting roles on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo is an American actor and singer, born 10 October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career as an afternoon soap. The actress starred on the ABC soap production One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. The actress became a member of the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. The actress made her debut in film with a brief appearance on the show in Girl 6 (1996) then appeared in the episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo made an appearance on Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the one year following. Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. later he starred in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo has also been in numerous films, including El Cantante and Remember Me.
